Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
For NO-SHOWS, a 100% cancellation fee (equal to the price of the service) will be charged.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. This deposit will go towards your service.
Please contact me if you anticipate arriving late. After the 15-minute grace period, your appointment will be canceled, & we will reschedule.
If I can still accommodate you after the grace period, a $15 late fee will apply!
No Exceptions and No Refunds!
New color clients are required to fill out my "New Client Color Service Request Form" before booking an appointment. If you book an appointment without completing this form, your appointment will be canceled.
Extra guests are encouraged to stay in the car or at home. While we do have a waiting area, there are other stylists and technicians working, and we aim to avoid a crowded space. Please, no children unless the child has an appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
